Dear YouTube management,
I had uploaded a video to your page yesterday
(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCb8m-QYNuo)
It doesn't take a lawyer to recognise that this process is not a copyright dispute or a debate of any sort. YouTube has already a reputation to fail to adequately mediate in such 'disputes'. Instead, ou automatically bias towards the copyright-claiming party and for some reason you act as if you would represent their putative legal and financial interests (btw. Constantine Film Ag. actually GAINED publicity and therefore money by the existance of 'Hitler responds' parodies - and didn't lose a penny) though I was the party who was actually 'doing business' with you, by providing free material to your website while you provided free publicity for me. This letter is written to warn you: in copyright infringement 'disputes' you are systematically biasing against your own financial interests. This is no way to handle copyright infringement issues on the long run. As a result of your policy, I have terminated my account on YouTube and taken my business elsewhere.
Sincerely,
Mario Atreides
